He received the Commonwealth Association of Architects [CAA] Award in 1994 for the design of a residential building at Dhaka. Mr. Hassan is also an Architect-Partner of Neoformation Architects, where he is the team-leader in Pharmaceutical Projects of Neoformation Architects, specializing in the designing of clean room facility for pharma production. One of his current project is the master plan of a 100 acres’ of industrial plant for Incepta Pharmaceutical Ltd. at Dhamrai, Savar, Bangladesh, which currently consists of 6 Nos multi-storied production building, (10,00,000 sft) for multi-disciplinary pharma production facilities mostly engaged in producing drugs for international markets.

Mr. Khan is also a visiting faculty at the Dept. of Architecture, Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology, Dhaka and BRAC University, Dhaka. He acts as the team-leader in Neoformation Architect’s industrial projects that include textile, knit and woven plants in and around Dhaka. He is currently engaged with the development of a Hi-tech Multipurpose Building of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (750,000 sft). Majority portion of The Soil stabilization works of Roopur Neuclear Power Plant was mainly executed by Next Spaces Ltd. where Mr. Khan is the project Director since October 2017.
